I have a 150 gal with holes drill on the bottom of tank. I resealed being that I brought used on CL to be on the safe said. I completed the reseal and tested it with no leaking. I failed to silicone the corner overflow boxes while I was doing the tank thinking it would be easier to just do after install the bulkhead than silicone corner boxes. My question is being that silicone does not adhere to silicone to well would I have to remove all the silicone again or could it still work without redoing whole tank? Thanks

No you don’t have to reseal. The overflow box is internal so it’s not critical.
It should not have as much pressure on it as the actual tank walls, and if it does leak a little, as long as it’s not bad it’s not going to effect the functionality of the overflow itself.
