New flowerhorn not eating

Your fish is likely stressed from the move into its new home, it's common for them to take a few days maybe even a week to get accustomed to the changes.
I would also ask:
a) Is your tank properly cycled? How long was it set up before you added your Flowerhorn? Do you have a water test kit to check ammonia/nitrite/nitrate levels?
b) What is your tank water temperature? If too low bumping it up a bit will increase metabolic activity and the fish's appetite should increase.
c) What are you currently trying to feed it? Maybe change pellet brands and/or try soaking the pellets in bloodworm juice or liquid garlic solution, both of which should make the pellets more appetizing. If it won't take pellets then start with bloodworms for now, then transition to pellets later soon as you can.
He’s new and stressed. Let him relax. Offer your choice of food if your worried. Just a 2-3 pellets and leave him alone. Check back in a few hours. A healthy fish will not starve itself. Give him a few pellets before you go to bed. Bet when you wake up the food will be gone. I’d let him chill for a bit if he’s that new let him get used to his surroundings. Then feed him in a couple days. Some fish eat right away. Some fish take time to get comfortable.
Does he have somewhere in his tank he sees as his own. That you or any other fish cant take off him ? Having his own hide will support his confidence in his new home. Ive often used tiny amounts of aloe vera for stressed fish but I use this more for a southing additive to help skin, scales or medication issues. Best of luck and please keep us updated
