Spawning Colors?

All my talapia are light, silver, grey in color, but two of them have gotten very dark in color. They have also started digging out nests. They demolish the aquariums, but hey, they live there not me. This is the second time they have done this. The first time there were no females with eggs, so no baby fish. I guess they will continue to do this and eventually some of the females will produce eggs.
I guess the change in color has something to do with spawning. I know they are constantly chasing the other fish away from their nest.
I do enjoy watching them. I have never had wish that I have observed spawn, etc.

Yes Male's ready to spawn.
 
Agree with tlindsey, the dark ones are the males, and ready.
The female upper right hand corner of the photo, looks to be holding (either eggs or fry)'
if you want to keep fry, she should be removed to her own tank, or she will be harassed into spitting them out by the dark males(and others), and eaten.
An easier way, would would be to put a dark male, with a receptive female in a separate tank, and after she appears to be holding, remove the male.
