Went if for fish food.. came back with...

Welp you probably know how it goes... I went in to my lfs to get some pellets and noticed they had ordered some severums. Now I've been looking around for a bigger fish for a bit, was considering a short body fh but I was on the fence because of how aggressive they are. (I like having more than one fish per tank).

And then I saw this little guy... hes 1.5 inches if that. Currently have him in a 60g with some Angels but I'm planning on getting a 75 soon so I might either keep him in the 60 or do a sev setup on the 75.

For sure. Very oscar-like personality my severum has. It's the boss of the tank much of the time. My oscar and severum are 7yrs old and have been together just the two of them in this 75g since they were tiny. The O is about 10" and the sev 8". The sev shoves around any decor, thus the total lack of it.

This happened to me today. Went in for water conditioner and almost walked out with a Lima catfish and some t-barbs
