I have a 7 inch female festae. Over the last few weeks, what looked like a swollen lower lip has turned into this. I am seeing no aggression (she is in a 220 with a couple of oscars). Water parameters look good. She appears to be behaving normally. What are you guys seeing? Treatment?

Lymphocystis or a tumor. Would take to a vet and see it can be resected. Acting normal? Eating well?

Yes. Eating and acting normally. Do vets see fish?

Yes certain vets do see fish although not too often. Personally I would recommend doing a Google search of "fish vets near me" or "emergency vet near me" and see if anything within a hours drive pops up. Either one should yield atleast some results, granted it's going to be spendy just like any other animal. Hope this helps.

No luck finding a vet who sees fish. Any tteatments?

Just read this thread. I agree it is viral. Most likely it will self resolve over time. As long as the fish is acting normal and tank remans stable no further action is necessary.
