Bristlenose about to blow!

She’s been big for a while but looks like she’s about to explode. Hopefully eggs (she has bred before) or should I be worried?
Recently moved the tank, so big water change and clean out.

Hold food for a bit and add some Epsom salt (1 tbsp per 5g). Wait and see.
