Already put up a pic, looking for a little ID help

is he/she a standard TSN or some type of hybrid. It’s eyes look much smaller than others I’ve seen

and weird shoaling behavior on the sunfish catfish part, it swims underneath tsn most of the time... it’s not a breeding thing is it?

It's a TSN like you say, most likely fasciatum, a genetic waste or perhaps traumatized (physically or chemically who knows) when an egg or a fry, badly deformed, eyeless, etc., which is typical for the culled refuse from SA food fish farming or in the batches of cheaply and carelessly raised TSN farmed for ornamental fish trade in SE Asia.

If the suncat is rubbing against the ventral side of the TSN then it is likely some kind of courtship instinct driven behavior. If it is just staying under, could be companionship or sheltering, both of which would be unusual but not unheard of.

wednesday13 wednesday13 Mr. TSN should know more...
