Same I feed hikari gold, beefheart pellet and occasional fresh shrimp or fish.Yeah I'm sure she will , mine only started changing over the last few weeks and had
the Jaaaag for a few months now so probably in the next few weeks you'll see them coming through, I feed them hikari cichlid gold pellets twice a day and the occasional treat.
When I first put him into the 180 with the rest, my red tail shark went straight upto him to give him some grief but the tiny jag went for him and put him in his place and never had an issue since , I also have a black and orange parrot cichlid that likes to push the smaller jag around, quite often the jag will flare his gills and get mad but he always peels off when the parrot goes full savage, the Jag seems very happy and doesn't start any trouble in general.Same I feed hikari gold, beefheart pellet and occasional fresh shrimp or fish.
She acts tough but wont actually nip any other fish.. what about yours?
Yep, my red texas female doesn't even budge when the jag torpedos towards her.. shes layed eggs twice without a male around. What about yours?A pic of him flaring his gills trying to scare off the Parrot....which upto now isn't effective.
