Where's all my old friends?

I get that, but I work in health care facilities so I tend to be exposed to outbreaks much more than the regular citizen. Even with a flu shot each year, I typically also tend to get the flu each year. I'm certainly not panicking, but don't feel any better knowing the stats as we currently know them. Chances are I will get this virus, and as ornery as I am I will survive it. lol But a lot won't, more than likely some high risk people in my circle of friends/family.

That's ok, I understand. I was out of fish for a while. Battled prostate cancer. I'm doing fine now. I don't feel like anything was ever wrong. I want to be more active on the site again. Maybe I can get my mod stripes back.

You can absolutely have your position back. I made my inactive mods blue just to make it easier for members to find a staff member to answer their questions. In no way did I mean it as a slight toward you. I've got to @ you in a bunch of threads in the Staff section; I've been very active since Li gave me the reins to the site.

My intent is to have you red by lunchtime.

I feel the struggle of cancer brother. I had cancer as well, it kicked my butt through 2017. I had stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma. That stuff is NOT fun. It took me more or less out of the hobby as well. I've been trying to get back into it, and have made some progress in fits and starts, only to have ordered one type of goonch and gotten a different kind that proceeded to kill or ear everything I had. ?‍

Anyway, I've blabbered too long. It is REALLY good to see you my friend! I'll get to your PM momentarily

Thanks Neil! I actually got scared I typed in your username as R.D. awhile ago and couldn't find you. I wound up checking a sticky to find out I has added an extra . in your username. I always enjoyed your posts and was scared you might not be active anymore.
