well my eba pair spawned again saw my female krib run the gauntlet of death and picked off 2 before being chased away. Any way I managed to scoop up 9 fry I have put them in a 21 lt tank I use to keep river shrimp but not able to get ant due the pandemic I have put them in there with a small heater and a sponge filter I keep in my juvenile hoplo catfish tank how do I keep them alive noticed in the main tank some of the fry were picking at the algae on my anabus plant.

You can crush up pellet or flake food and offer that to the fry. Is there anyway possible you can put the Anubias plant in the breeder net because they will find microorganisms on the plant to eat.

Is the 21l the biggest spare aquarium you have? I suggest 50% wc's daily for an aquarium that small. Are using a filter?

yes my baby hoplo cat fish is growing out in my 88lt tank they are so tiny at the moment didn't think they would have any bioload at the moment .

Yes your correct about the fry it's the feeding of food that will increase the bioload but if you do the wc's you should be fine.

well so far so good 5 days in I think there either 7 or 8 did catch 9 but 1 got stuck in the net was still alive but was near death doing daily water changes in my main tank where the parents are all the fry are gone so will see if I can keep thee alive
