Can I use this salt to treat my fish with fin rot?

If it were me, I would only use salt with the ingredient 99.9% NaCl.
The reason being, Sodium Ferrocyanide can release free cyanide (toxic) if it comes in contact with acids.
There are always some acids in aquarium water (uric acid, tannic acid, etc)
Although as an anti caking agent it could be only a trace, the % concentration is not listed in the pic, I might nort be worried if the concentration listed was 0.02% or 0.01% or something on that order..

I prefer to use kosher salt or sea salt

I don't think salt will help with fin rot. That is usually bacterial and is the result of an underlying cause. Before you start dumping salt or meds in you should address what caused it in the first place. Have you been keeping up with regular water changes and have you tested your water?

I wasn't using it for curing fin rot, just thought it would be handy.

I am keeping up with water changes (who can't at this time?) and I have ammonia 0ppm nitrite 0 ppm and nitrate 30ppm. My tank is cycled and my fish are having fun. So what is the cause of the fin rot?

The fish in this case in a veiltail rosy barb. And he was fighting a lot so he always has nipped fins however they were even more voraciously ripped today. I placed him in another tank without any fish and his fins stopped breaking down so I am not sure if it is fin rot. In either case I am dosing melafix. I will share a picture.

As for the salt, if I don't the concentrations as Duanes said, I wont bother, it isn't an emergency.I could order aquarium salt of eBay anyway, but thanks for the replies.
