Does this fish look like its holding eggs or is something wrong with my bf's fish lol a few others are plump, a few more regular looking, but this one is huge

Either egg binded or bloat. Suggests not feed for a day or two and see if things improve.

But today he asked what he'd need to do to get some more fish for his tank, which is a plus! The tank virus has spread LOL he got kind of sad I said "a bigger tank" but not opposed ??
