Oh,. It's tall. I didn't realize that. Your stupid government (I hope I donr offend you but IMO that's a stupid law). So out of 9 only 3 are ok? How many are alive? What about the one with the hole in its side?

Hole = dead. She ended up with dropsy or swelling in the abdomen. Bacteria took her over, I put her down a couple days ago. Now I see another hole in a gill! WTH??? So that one was slow to eat yesterday and off kilter a bit, I don't have much hope :( So 4 alive out of 9 and 3 look good still.

lol. (that was funny - sorry). Another hole!?!? That's too bad. :( How do you know they were female or is that just to put a pronoun to them? And you're going to rehome any of the ones that survive?

I ordered these fish to add to my breeding stock. But was sent the wrong phenotype. Really hard to get fish I want here. Not only were they the wrong phenotype, but they came with a nasty bacteria and I suspect they have worms but haven't gotten a chance to deworm. At least I still have dewormer....
Yes a hole!!! Never saw anything like that before. The hole got bigger slowly and I couldn't help it. Now I see another hole!!! I'm stumped!

I've been keeping and breeding angels for a long time, after a while you feel pretty confident about sexing. Plus I could see her tubes budding. She was hanging around an angel that was developing a hump, so it was just a guess based on behavior and what I saw, but i'm pretty confident they would have been a pair.

It's true that normally you cannot sex an angel 100% until you see their tubes and they are spawning.

I haven't decided what to do if they survive. Like I may keep them, I may rehome them once I know they are healthy.

What strain did you order? Did you prepay? If not why did you get them then? I know the story remember.
ok, that's just weird.

I know you know angels but I was just wondering how you knew. But if the tube is out you can be pretty sure.

yes. Or if you have a male like me and another one and they aren't spawning. lol
