I’m looking to start keeping bigger things, I just can’t find a whole lot of information so I decided to come here. I was looking at a 210 gallon setup, might be too much but I’ve got a lot of spare time. Any recommendations or help would be appreciated

In the past I’ve stuck to community aquariums and I’m looking for a step up. I’d appreciate some stocking recommendations. I’ve always been interested in jardini arowana, oscars and bigger things like that but I keep finding conflicting info as to care and tank size

Standard answer is: as big as you can afford, fit, and take care of, in that order. The bigger the better. Scour CL as I'm there are plenty of aquariums being unloaded right now.

I’d really like to keep a jardini or a species of peacock bass as well as like bichirs or a species of Datnoid but I don’t know if any of that will be ok in a 210. The dimensions are: 72.5” x 24.5” x 29.6”

The jardini, datnoids and bichirs (some) will be fine. Not with peacock bass, need more space for them.
