What type of goonch?

Hello all,
I was scrolling through craigslist and I found someone selling a goonch. I'm not sure what type of goonch it is though. I am looking for the highland giant, the one that likes cold temperatures. I just need some help identifying it.

Also, I just found out they're being sold as b. yarelli. Can b yarelli take temps into the high 50s/low 60s?

If i had to choose i would suggest yarelli, as I would expect bagarius to be darker coloration. Do you know what temperature he has them at currently?
I know of someone in the UK who keeps his goonch in the garden shed all through winter with temps down in the 50 s and he has no idea which variety he has. The fish becomes "hybernated", only moving again and feeding when spring comes and the water warms, but not some thing I have tried or recommend trying with an expensive fish.
It is possible that yarelli may also tolerate the lower temperatures but gonna be hard to tell bagarius from yarelli for 100% certain.

He is keeping his goonch at 68 degrees currently. Does that help in determining which type it is?
 
If he had them at 80 it would. B. Bagarius would be stressed out at 80 and needing lots of oxygen, and would not want that temp for long.
At 68 I think most goonch would cope ok so unfortunately no it doesn't help us.
