Will an arapaima or Armatus Payara or other massive fish eat tiny fish

Will they eat fish like cardinal tetras or briggittae rasboras are they too big as adults to eat fish this small?

I assume it would depend on species of large fish. Youtuber king of diy has ember tetras with his Asian arowana but blue whales (largest of fish) eat krill.
