Yes if Datnoid is small enough to fit in the Endlicheri mouth.

I have a group of 9 with a similar pattern. The bands are incomplete and faded in the middle. The photos are of the dominant dat in the group. I tried to get both sides. His left side bands are incomplete but not the right and all are faded with spots at the margins. He wasn’t into being photographed so the pics aren’t great..
I’ve always wondered if there is some regional correlate in Indonesia for this banding pattern.

yup I have 4 datz and that one clearest datz on my tank, and 1 is become dark sometime fully black..
