Can it die from being too fat? And if it does, what kills it? Heart attack or stroke like human beings? Seriously asking ?

For fish I believe it’s more deposition of fat in different organs overtime. Leads to organ dysfunction and death.

Ok so what does the fat do that kill the fish? Make its internal organs not working properly?

Common sense dictates that obesity in any creature is an unhealthy condition, leaving an elevated potential for organ failure & death.
So the deposited fat causes organ failures that kill the fish?

I had it cut open. I wonder if i can share it here? Hmmm

You could do a search here on fatty liver disease, there's been too many posts and discussions of this to mention just one or list them all, but essentially overfeeding or too much protein or fat in the diet causes it.

Also, ime one of the main causes of bloat is an overfed fish, another is stress (especially from aggression). I figured this out during the years I bred Malawi cichlids-- once I recognized this and addressed it that was the end of any occasional losses to bloat.
