Thank you. Those are Boulengerella Maculata which goes by the common name of Marbled Gar. They are a cool pike characin that tries to mimic floating twigs and use the camouflage to ambush their prey.
Great looking tanks Robin. I am in the process of doing a smaller, peaceful SA community in a 24''x48'' footprint. I'll post pics when my scaping and background selection are complete.
