Is Ich- X too harsh for peacock fry?

Is Ich- X too harsh for peacock fry? They’re very tiny. Will it also hurt plants such as anubias or any other aquarium plant?

Ich x uses malachite green which is quite harsh and can stain things. If you're looking to treat ich then perhaps try the salt and heat method posted on the forum
