I got 30+ Cardinals on Ebay from 'aqua-huna' in 2019. I think I recall they sold much larger quantities.
They cleared quarantine without problem and are doing great. I had no losses during shipment.

He used to sell them a lot cheaper. Prices went up, I noticed my local fish store wants like 4 each for cardinals now.
