I occasionally do check them out. I also look at aqua bid. Only two places I’ve seen that carry them.

I’ve never had ph be an issue for any Rio tapajos species. Also the Rio tapajos ph does get up to 7.8 in some parts.The ph I know is high for a South American biotope. Tap sits at 7.6, 7.8, and the tank is 75
