What kind of cichlid is this

Will it get more red as it matures? What should I expect it to look like? How aggressive are they compared to dovii and Jaguar cichlids?
Google and yeah they are in the same league of aggression as jags and dovii.
red cheek is a dead giveaway that it's not any of the other parachromis
Does it look male or female? And thank you. Any information is helpful on this cichlid.
Motaguense would also be my guess, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it's not a pure fish, and actually a mota hybrid. Should be easier to tell as it grows. Color looks a bit off imo for a pure mota, but it could just be washed out/ showing stress bars.
Yes that was his first day in the tank. Already looks better today. He was with a bunch of other fry he was the biggest one of the batch the rest were half his size. Does that mean he is an alpha or just grew the fastest. Colors should really come out once he grows a bit more he’s very young.
