Yes normal especially for a small Arowana.
What are you offering for food?
Is the Arowana the only fish in the aquarium?

I offered today some meal worms, I'm glad they ate it.

It must be some stress they got form the travel and putting into new tank.

Completely normal for arowana to not want to feed for a day or two after moving. Just keep offering it food and it'll grow rapidly. I recommend crickets, feeding the crickets vegetables and pellets a few days prior to offering it to your aro. It may help with pellet training later on as it'll be used to the taste
