Are people on Ebay mad?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I might be misunderstanding the silver dollar post but they list them for 1000$ but post they are free for pickup, my guess is to prevent those who just impulse buy from purchasing/picking up the animals thus ensuring a good home?

Well, that's what I'm gathering from the "Listed at $1000 so I can assess if they'll do well in your tank...

Agreed here, I doubt the seller wants a full grand for them and is rather trying to drive off the cheapskates

2 male Myloplus rubripinnis.
Seem to have had a rough life but look good enough. And free...
With the right new owner, they should have a few decades of life left.

A while ago (year+) I bought through eBay 3 Metynnis (2 species) for $10 from a local guy breaking down his tank.

You'd think the seller would have a more direct message instead of confusing the issue with "Free but not $1,000". Seriously, wtf is that????

It says he is looking for a home for them, I think he just put 1,000$ because they make you put some kind of price when you list on ebay, nothing is supposed to be "free" because ebay charges fees on everything.
