I don’t know much about arrowana, but this looks to me like he’s using a blue light to make a silver look like a blue arrowana

Canada eh
It says in the add that the first pic is a sample of what it can grow into. But I agree with you it looks like he is just hitting the same black aro with a blue light.

Ya, i did a google on black arrows and I didn’t see any that looked like that. I saw a blue base Asian arrowana that did. It looks like $500 is way too much as well

From what I understand $300 is a higher end price for a black aro. But they are less common than asians around here.
That’s what i saw too, they were anywhere from 100-300 from the online stores I looked at. I think this guy is trying to use his blue light to make an extra 200-300 lol

i wouldn't buy expensive fish from 3rd party amazon dealers *ever* .. unless you have 1st hand knowledge of them being reputable .. WAY to many scammers these days...

does look legit black - pricey for small piece
I think fish on Amazon are usually over priced, probably partially because shipping is included. I just bought a 2” albino tiger Oscar for $40 shipped, granted it’s the nicest looking ATO I’ve seen, but still over priced, but it was free for me since I scored a free amazon gift card.
