I doubt that. I was told that he’s a Kelberi by the LFS. Let’s see wait and see what the pros have to say on thisYou will get an answer from a pro soon. But my guess would be Orinoco

Thanks for help man. That is a beautiful bass, can’t wait for mine to grow as big as yours. His a kelberi 100% he should get at least maybe 4or 5 inches longer or bigger my male at 3 years was 17 inches .
Food - like Mike said pellets cut fish ,shrimp and other fishy things ,squid she'll fish .cricket's worms ,keep it variety mainly pellets.
Water- a little on the soft side and warm 78-87 older bass can handle 68-90+ super clean.
That's a nice looking bass he should get more spotting in the lower fins and maybe more markings on the body turn a cool looking yellow with black bars and one across his forehead . ??. Hears a pic of one I had male at 2 years, not much body markings but a great attitude. I think yours will look alot like him.

He’s 10-11 months old approx. and he can slightly be more than 9 inch, never really measuredYours at 8-9 inchs looks to be about a year old , he doesn't look stunted . Looks healthy. Looks like he will get more markings in the body you can see them coming out. Takes about 2 years to get colors and markings sometimes .
Good luck . I will take him off your hands?
Thanks. I’ve been feeding him pellets and bloodworms, goldfish, feeders occasionally. I try feeding him shrimp but he won’t accept it. Any tips for that?kelberi.. pellets, shrimp, tilapia, nightcrawlers..
