What kind of severum is this

I went to my local fish store and saw this beautiful severum for $48 and couldn’t pass it. I’m not sure what kind of severum it is. It looks full black with grey stripes. He has one orange ish eye and one full black eye. Do any of you know what kind he is? He’s pretty aggressive hahaE270DBC9-4163-4D89-BAF4-CEB9E5EC7C69.jpeg

Tbh it may be difficult to identify the pic is not clear enough.
 
The reason it is “black” is because it is not well. Either massively stressed or sick. Based on the head shape it unfortunately looks emaciated. I would consider worming it and then trying to fatten it up.
 
Can you please elaborate on what i need to do. He’s been chasing my red severum but not really hurting it. I really want him to be healthy
 
Are you guys sure he has a parasite? The pet store i got it from is highly recognized and plus the fish was eating very well. In fact he ate all the pellets i dropped and i had to feed the red severum separately.
