Bichir with missing pectoral fisn

Hello,
My dhelzi bichir had its pectoral fins but off by a fish that turned aggressive that I moved into another tank it seems to have happenned while I was on vacation he is moving fine and kind of wiggles himself around and eats do you think he will be ok and fins will grow back he is around 3 inches long

Is the any bony part of the pectoral fin left and some soft fin tissue? If so It could grow back but may not grow back perfectly.

Yes I can see a round piece of bone where his pectoral fins started
