Ok! Thanks guys! Any other fish that good go with the Bichir? What do I feed him when he is 3 inches. Btw, got him at Petzonesd.com. 30 bucks! Awesome service. I am so excited! Will take pics when he is out and about. I starting to think that maybe I should not get a Leopard Bush Fish isn’t a good idea. Looking for other Bichir-tolerable fish. Suggestions? I would want a single fish of that kind, or a pair.

Update. So I fed the little guy some Brine Shrimp; Omega One. Any other food suggestions? He didn’t eat for max 32 hours. So...I fed him kinda a lot. Like 4 minutes for him to eat all. He is 4 inches. Will get a ic tomorrow.

Btw, my ruler got ‘badazzled’ by my sister ?. Shut the lights off so he can explore.

I know I sound like a 5 year old getting fish, but I am just excited and happy.

Any other suggestions for fish that I can have with him? Would Red Tail Sharks work?

Also was wondering about something growing on my plastic decor. It is white, and clear. Seems like it moves. Thoughts? ShouldI be worried?

I had something similar grow on some of my wood that had been sitting outside when I put it in my tank. The fish seemed to pick at it, it came and went for a while and disappeared by itself eventually. I assumed it was some sort of bacterial bloom but really dont know. It was harmless as far as I can tell so I wouldnt worry about it too much.

Ok guys! Update. Fed him brine shrimp again. He is very active. He is swimming all around the tank almost all the time. Should I be worried? Ate good. There is some white dust-lookin shings on my plastic barrel dècor. Also on the plants. Anybody know what It is?
