Red devil

Went to my lfs yesterday to pick up some stuff,while i was there i noticed a red devil in the corner he was about 7".Long story short ,he came home with me.He's been housed in a 33g (temporarily) until i get my 75 setup in a couple of days.Don't know anything about his genetics he was sold as a red devil ,what do you guys think?

Nice devil! I don’t know much about amphilophus, but if I had to guess I’d say it’s a midevil hybrid, they almost all are nowadays.
Very nice fish!

Agree with the above also if you don't know the source or location point of where it was collected from very difficult to identify.
