white spots on Syndontis cats

I just recently noticed these large white spots that were on the cats. I don't know if this is just a cut or some sort of infection

Mine have had similar on them a few times. Never figured out exactly what caused them, but they went away after a few weeks.

Watch and see if he’s hidings near the heater, maybe at night when the lights are off, if he is try moving the heater and adding other places to hide. I’ve never had one but I’ve heard you can get heater guards as well

Looks like Hexamita / Spironucleus to me. If it doesn't heal up soon, might try medicated food.
