You mean 250G for one saratoga Solo? Or like few more cichlids?? As a community tankI would say 250 at minimum. They get very large, but we need to hear the dimensions of the tank.

I think a 7x2 is still a little tight but doable as long as tank mates are minimal to none as In a tank that size aggression and bio load will be an issue
