Most Personable Cichlid

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Most is hard to evaluate but my nannacara have a lot more personality with how they interact with each other than the apisto. Is this 'personable' well ... perhaps not how you imagined but they really are extremely interesting in their behavior. Most of my apisto like to sit around and just look pretty.

Its not about the species, it's how you raise it.
If you raise a cichlid from the juvie stage, and don't have other fish in the tank, it will learn to relate to you, and you only if you put in the time, time being a major factor) and become "dog-like".
If you raise it with other fish, it will be moe fish like, maybe ignore you all together, except at feeding time.
Of course if a sentient species fish like oscars have been aquarium bred for a century (as oscars have) much of the instinctual wildness may have been bred out, of course there are no oscars that remain in your size criteria.

I'm sorry but being rather dense and uneducated what is LV ?
It's a high fashion brand....Louis Vouitton, and the superimposed patterning on that Oscar is their well known pattern for their line of handbags, belts, shoes and whatnot.
