(Emergency) My betta jumped out of tank

I just saw my betta on floor I picked it up and put it in its tank with no tankmates
It’s colour is looking off it has clamped fins and looking very lathargic and stressed what to do
Will it die ?

I saw a black cloth on floor and it was moving dude to sir as I went to pick it up it turned it to be my dark blue & red betta I picked it up and placed it in the tank it had a very hard time then
Now he is absolutely fine just there are some damaged scales on his head
