Please help me my fishes act strange and may die.

I’m no good with plecos, not sure that is a common though.

I feed my puffers the earthworm shown in the picture. can I stop feeding them this? Do you think these worms could have brought the parasite into my tank?

I chop them into pieces and they love it.

I eat these shrimps (see in pic below) usually in breakfast. Can I also feed my figure8 and amazon puffers these shrimps?

I doubt the worms would bring parasites. Especially not ich, which is water borne and lives on fish.
Not sure on the shrimp. Probably wouldn’t be bad. Let’s see what Fat Homer Fat Homer has to say there.

Since, I started medication, one of my fishes (Three spot gourami fish which I have two of them). one of them (I named it " Scarface ") became the most aggressive fish in the entire tank. Scarface eats first on worms and does not let any other fish come close to the food. Scarface beats Figure8, Amazon Puffer if they go closer to the worms. In term of size, Figure8 is the bigger fish in the tank, but still is very peaceful guy. This Scarface became a very bad guy. is this normal behavior for a fish like this? or perhaps these medications that I administered made Scarface IMG_4655.jpghigh?
