You guys have a sun in London?I looked up at the sky today and was flabbergasted. Usually in the UK there's loads of them fluffy things in the sky, black in colour, and when you least expect it they go and drench you!
I had to take a photo of this remarkable phenomenon as a cherished keepsake, lol.

Up north where we are we class a good day, in fact we class summertime as potential days where it is possible to leave the house without a coat and not still get drenched (rain not sweat!).
Have to admit, my friends in Houston seem to be getting all our mixed up weather at the minute. Can’t say I mind too much though!
According to my wife, the temps at my house in southern Manitoba have been above 30C for the past few days...pretty warm for us.
Up here at the northern jobsite where I work, today's high was around 8C...but at least most of the ice has melted off the water nearby.
Last Saturday, we had temps over 20C, high winds (we always have high winds...), lightning and thunder...and snow...simultaneously. I hate my job.
