Get a bigger ladder, and also learn how to spell it ?Just thought it was funny when I looked over and saw the latter. Even with that I still can't get the bottom few inches. I have tried the pads on the stick but it takes a lot of force to get the algae off. Anyone else got an easier way?

Maybe try to make a diy algae thing with less flimsy materiel, or try one of those magnet erasers. Beautiful tank, btw.

I bought 400 snails and all they did was make white dots all over my tank. It is acrylic if it was glass it would not be that bad. A magic eraser is the only thing I found that works very well but it puts little scratches in the tank. If I was to do it all over again I would get a glass tank and just hire movers, because the weight was why I went acrylic but it scratch to ez.Snails? Acrylic or glass? Check out the Algae Free magnets.

Great White Plus
Why does BRS recommend this? With properly sized magnets and now includes the scraper attachment, Algae Free has made one of the best algae scrapers in the industry. Most of their value is the fact all of them (except the Great White) do float if the connection through the aquarium is lost for...www.marinedepot.com
