Sometimes when he eats he jumps a bit and when I’m playing with him he jumps more so I have it low so he don’t jump out. I actually added more water the other day and now it’s maybe a half inch from the black trim on the top of the tank
Tomorrow after a trip to the hospital I’ll be going to a pet store to look at live plants. Probably going to be a petsmart or petco. Any suggestions for my FH tank? I was thinking of seeing if they have anything that floats ontop of the water so that it blocks a bit of light and gives a natural look and so that I can keep the light on 24/7. It’ll be in with daisy. I know FH and plants don’t mix well but it’s also been done successfully many times so I’m going to take a shot at it
Pothos is your best bet. Won't find it at petco though. Try a Home Depot or Lowe's.

Found my glasses earlier (I’m about legally blind) and started crying when I saw how colorful and vivid daisy actually was. I’ve always seen him as grey, dull blue and pink but with my glasses it turned to light green, almost electric blue and light red
Currently playing him and popping my finger in and out of the water and he jumped completely out of the water and latched onto my finger for a split second ?
