Good

What are your plans for the future cause that many Oscars cannot fit in the tank you have?
And I suggest that you add something in the tank where they can feel comfortable. Such empty tanks seem to stress out small fish.
i think hard scape is a bad idea in oscar tanks. i agree that cover could be beneficial if your fish is acting out of character for its species but his seem to be active little oscars unlike a sluggish stressed oscar floating around the tank. theyre also shoaling fish and he has them in a large group so i really doubt they feel insecure.

True that but as the tank is open from all sides there is no visual barrier and any sudden movement could possibly stress them out.

Currently I have 7 oscars.
My tank is 5x2x2.
This tank is sufficient for them now.
Planning to buy another 5ft tank in the future and move the albinos to that.

i rarely see oscars flare up if they know im in the room but i think it looks really interesting when they go almost full white while threatening other fish. when he notices me and hes flared up he usually will immediately turn to his normal colors and start begging for food which has stopped me from getting a good picture but my convict was killed today by my pike so theyve been flaring up at eachother a decent amount.

5*2*2 would only suffice for a pair nothing more. You'll eventually have to give some away.

So, your future plans are your two dark Oscars for a 5x2x2, which sort of works long term, and five albinos for another 5x2x2!!

I'm afraid you need a future plan on top of your current future plan and, with Oscars, given their growth rate, you don't have a lot of time.

And I agree with ..puSkar.. ..puSkar.. you really need to do something with the tank. Make it a bit more interesting for what is a clever and inquisitive fish. Not only from the fishes perspective but yours also, aesthetically it could be much better.
