Plugged in it after the waterchange and it won’t turn on. It’s on a power strip and everything else is working except It. It won’t turn on at all. Not even struggling.

Probably a grain of sand or some other debris is in the motor. You can do one of two things. Take motor off, take out the rotor and clean up, or tap a rotor blade with a chop stick, small dowel something of that nature and it will start up.
Thank you. I figured it out. It just needed a cleaning. The impeller was gunky. Works good as new now.
