Got my betta today! I check the params before I left and we’re good! He’s just a simple veiltail. His names Sully! 1 issue although…. His 1 fin came off when I put him in. He seems to be doing fine and kno4te said it should grow back so my fingers are crossed. But he looks amazing!

Bonus to bettas in this case is that those long fins aren’t necessary for swimming, so them being shorter won’t kill it. It should heal up in no time though.

Thank you. He was only 4$ so that was one of the bet parts lol. He’s doing good swimming fine just exploring his tank. Flared his gills at me last night lol.

Betta tank looks great!! Where did you get so much seryu stone? That stuff is expensive here at my local LFS.

Thank you. It’s very expensive. I got 2 bags for 80$ it’s at petco l. That’s at least where I got it

I paid about 80 for this much rock on Amazon:

Tank is 36 gallon and the the auratus was 6” for reference. I think it was somewhere around 25 pounds.
