I'm assuming with the big head, no black spots on the dorsal fin, and it hasn't laid eggs that it's a male. Nice one too.

While eggs maybe a dead give away on gender, just because she hasn't laid any yet doesn't mean she won't. My current female took over 3 years before she started laying, while I've had others that were only months old that would pump out eggs like no tomorrow.
We vented her, consulted with a breeder and determined she is female despite the large bump! But yes, no eggs laid yet.

Either way still a good looking FH, and for a female it's top quality too. Yeah don't be surprised if it takes awhile for her to lay eggs. Every fish is different and unique in their own way. Like I said before, my girl took over e years before she started and now it's like clock work, atleast once a month she lays a big ol batch of eggs even being by herself.
