Peacock bass laying eggs

I said, most big chain pet stores would sell hybrid species as pure breeds accidentally, so for that reason you can breed them but be careful...
 
Sounds like a pair to me. If they are fertile they will turn brownish if not they will be orange. You should have wigglers in about 3 days post spawn. The parents will most likely eat the eggs so if you're lollkmg to ease the fry I would pull the eggs and get them into a ten gallon with a spounge filter. After the egg sacks are absorbed they will need live baby brine shrimp. You will need to start hatching them. Lots of feedings and water changes will be required on the fry tank good luck if you have any questions let me know. My pair spawns twice a month.
How long dose it take for the male to fertilze the eggs?
