My daughter bought a pair of polar blue parrot cichlid a few months back at a swap meet.
Well, we found babies in the tank yesterday.
I rounded them up and placed them in a temporary Floating breeder box to get them away from the rest of the fish.
I have a fluval breeder box on the way, and I have a 40 gallon breeder I'm going to set up for them when they get a little bit bigger.
I have a brine shrimp hatchery and eggs on hand for boiled egg yolk.
My question is, at what point do I need to start feeding these little guys?
They are about the size of a grain of sand right now.

Convicts are really good parents, so you’d have a lot of success leaving them with the parents imo.
How long since they hatched? I’m pretty sure it’s around 3-5 days you can start feeding.

Yes agree

After eggs hatch around 48 hours and the egg sac is absorbed. The fry will become free swimming start feeding the fry will need food.

I'm honestly not sure when they hatched. My daughter said they weren't there the day before yesterday. I removed them mainly because the other fish kept sneaking in and trying to steal them and were getting beat up pretty good, and kiddo was freaking out cuz "I don't want my babies to die!"
I'm going to assume that they aren't more than a day or two old.

Are the fry swimming if so you could crush up fine food you feed to the parents asap because they will be hungry.

I don't think they're free swimming yet. The most I have seen them do is bounce around like popcorn.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Great still in the wriggler stage and have not completely absorbed their egg sac which they feed off until they are free swimming. You may have time to hatch bbs imo the best start off food. The other foods you mentioned will be fine also.
