Will Peacock Eel & Leopard Bush Fish work with SA Cichlids

I just looked up the Vieja Regani and they are beautiful fish. I kinda wish I had both morphs of the Acara lol but not sure how that would workout. I may try it and see. Luckily I don’t keep any small fish anymore due to my Festivum so no worries there. Woke up on several occasions and saw him eating the face of a Cardinal tetras.
 
Bichir would get along with cichlids. They would fit fine in a 75.

Would the Senegal Bichir be okay long term in a 75 or would they have to be upgraded? I’ve read they get 14 inches then I read 18 inches. Also are they escape artist like peacock eels?
 
Mine are 3 or four years old. They're about 9 or 10 inches. Most captive bred ones rarely break 10 inches
 
I wouldn’t do more than one bichir and no acara, when those fish grow the tank will be full.
Just about any online retailer should have senegal bichirs, they are very common.
