My rtc fins tales rooting

You may need to separate. The fin looks like it was ripped off. Observe the aquarium for awhile and see what Arowana does when the Redtail Catfish goes up for food. The attacks can also be happening at night.
 
The difference between fin rot and a bite from another fish is the shape of the injury. When there is fin rot, there won't be such an acute breakage in the fin as shown in your picture. However, when a fin is bitten, you will usually see an acute breakage in the fin.

Can i give a hidden place to a rtc because i havent a separate tank

And i gave them foods separately .hand feeding to rtc (shrimp ) pellets for arowana (food stick & arg )
