Here is the update, I changed the gravel and it looks like this now.

I think the new gravel is very good and also looks good and fishes are already showing some happiness as they can move around and dig around.

25 degrees is sufficient I'd say, at least for ladder loaches. It falls within Loaches Online's recommendation of 22-27.7 degrees.
I noticed something today the lader loaches, their mouth constantly vibrates is this normal?
