This may mean they have a disease. Do you think you can quarantine them?
But I do not see any white spots on them and they eat like crazy their bellies are more than full. They roam around and they look happy. How would I know if it is fluke or ich?Not sure about the mouth, but the rubbing against the gravel often indicates flukes or ich.
qt at this point would be pointless as it’s safest to assume whatever they had spread to the other fish and just treat the tank.
Frankly, I know more about marine flukes than freshwater. Prazi would treat for it.But I do not see any white spots on them and they eat like crazy their bellies are more than full. They roam around and they look happy. How would I know if it is fluke or ich?

ATM I’d only treat if it worsens.
Ich will show the characteristic white spots, treat if they occur.
Flukes would need medicine to treat, but I don’t think there are enough symptoms yet that it warrants treatment. There could be a lot of reasons for why a fish would scratch against gravel.thank you very much!
I do not see any sign of ich in any of my fishes, I mean the white spots or anything. Becuade I had ich in my tank a year ago and I have experience with ich and I can identify it. But I never heard of flukes. Are you saying that if my fishes have flukes it can go away and be cured by itself without any medicine?
Can Prazi kill my snails and cherry shrimps?
Maybe try spot feeding the puffers while the loaches are busy?I changed the gravel just because of the ladder loaches, and now they became so naughty and annoying that they try to snatch food from the mouth of my Congo spotted puffers which annoys them to attack back and bite the loaches.
anyone has tried the ladder loaches with any puffer?
