Bought a pool for a tank

The catfish will easily catch the insects so no worries
I think tlindsey tlindsey was referring to birds/mammals/snakes that may fancy a catfish lunch.

I'd run to Home Depot or Lowes and clear out their pothos stock, rinse and toss in!
Works a Treat! Love Pothos in the aquarium. I'm currently experimenting with other plants as well. Most vines seem to do well

Made a compromise. Tomorrow evening going swimming with the wife, then adding fish and plants.

I do have pathos in one of my hob filters. Put some almost dead vines in it a month ago and they are doing good now.

Do floating pond plants.

That is the plan. I have hyacinth, water lettuce, frog bit, red root floater and hornwort. I also have salvinia, but that stuff scares me since I have a 1/3 acre pond on my property. I do not want that stuff in my pond!
I may need to fertilize a little also.
I have gotten into Planted Tanks this year and I have many different plants I would like to try in the pool.
I put up the poly tarp cover, because it gets so hot, but the fact that it is white, a lot of light will get through for plants.
